Removing stains
 If any stains appear on the decorative pillow, pat them dry immediately with a clean cloth or tissue. It's very important not to rub! Most liquids can be removed with lukewarm water. Use a gentle, circular motion, working from the outside in. The fabric has a tight weave that gives it its strength, making it resistant to wear and tear.

Avoid direct sunlight
The fabric has a high color fastness, but it is recommended to avoid direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.
Shipping and returns

Delivery
Your order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. However, it may take a little longer for made-to-order items, such as poufs. These specific items are only made after you order them. Therefore, it takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks for them to ship.

Exchange or return*
Once you receive your order, you have fourteen (14) days to review the item(s). If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you can exchange or return it within that period.
