Cushions
Can I personalize my pillows?
Our cushions can be ordered in various colors and designs. We cannot make any further adjustments regarding fabrics and/or dimensions.
Can I change the fabric or colour of my cushion(s)?
It's not possible to change the fabric or color of your cushion(s). Cushions are delivered directly from stock.
Will all my items be delivered together?
All items are delivered together. Except for items from the made-to-order collection (poufs), which have a delivery time of 3-4 weeks.
Made-to-order poufs
What is a made-to-order pouf?
You can personalize each pouf by choosing your favorite fabric and color from our extensive collection. Please note that the pouf is custom-made and therefore not in stock in our warehouse. The production time for our custom-made collection is 3-4 weeks. Delivery times are shown on the product pages and at checkout.
When will I receive my made-to-order pouf?
Made to order items ship within 3-4 weeks.
Why are the production times for made-to-order poufs long?
We're working closely with our suppliers to shorten these lead times. If there are any significant changes to the expected shipping date, we'll contact you by email.
What is the cancellation and return policy for made-to-order poufs?
Made-to-order poufs are custom-made to order. Therefore, made-to-order poufs cannot be returned.
If you're unsure about the fabric for custom-made poufs, you can use our sample service . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I personalize my made-to-order ottoman?
Our custom-made pouf collection is available in various colors and designs. We cannot make any further adjustments regarding fabrics and/or dimensions.
Can I change the fabric or color of my made-to-order ottoman?
Our cushions can be ordered in various colors and designs. We cannot make any further adjustments regarding fabrics and/or dimensions.
How can I check if a made-to-order ottoman will fit in my home?
It can be difficult to accurately assess the color and texture of a fabric from a screen. Therefore, if in doubt, we always recommend ordering one or more fabric samples. You can order a sample by clicking the "Request sample" button on the product page of the desired fabric. You can then checkout for the sample in your shopping cart. The cost per sample is €3.50, and shipping is free.
Ordering and payment
How can I pay for my order?
At Studio Kirsten Reith you can pay safely online via IDEAL, PayPal, Visa, American Express, Google Pay and Ban Contact/Mister Cash (Belgium).
How do I pay with PayPal?
With PayPal, you can pay securely online directly using your balance, your PayPal-linked checking account, or your credit card. To pay with PayPal, you need a PayPal account. You can create one quickly and easily through the PayPal website. Log in to your Studio Kirsten Reith account and select PayPal during the checkout process. You can then pay with PayPal.
When will my order be charged?
Once your payment method is approved, the amount will be immediately debited from your account and you will then receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully placed.
What can I do if payment for my order was declined?
If your payment is declined, you'll need to resubmit your order. Unfortunately, we can't resubmit your order after it's declined. If this isn't possible, please contact customer service at shop@studiokirstenreith.nl .
How do I pay with iDeal?
iDeal is currently the most widely used payment method for online purchases in the Netherlands. With iDeal, you can pay for your online purchases reliably, securely, and easily. You can use iDeal directly at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, Revolut, SNS, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot, or Yoursafe. You pay within your trusted online payment environment, based on your own bank's specific security methods. The amount is debited directly from your checking account, so we can start processing your order right away.
Do you also offer gift cards?
We currently do not offer gift cards.
Deliver
Where is my order?
You can find your order's expected delivery date in your confirmation email. You can check the current status by clicking the link in your shipping email. You can also log in to 'My Account'.
How does your standard delivery service work?
An item in stock will be delivered within 2-3 business days by PostNL. (This does not apply to items from the made-to-order collection. These are made especially for you and therefore have a delivery time of 3-4 weeks.)
Orders over €75 are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands by PostNL, requiring a signature upon receipt. Please keep this in mind when entering your delivery address (home or work). For orders under €75, shipping costs are €7.95 (within the Netherlands).

Can I track my package?
You can always find the status of your order(s) under "Order Status" in your account. If the delivery time is extended, we'll notify you promptly. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace number. This allows you to track the shipping status of your package.
If your order status is "shipped," but you haven't received anything after 3 business days, please send an email to shop@studiokirstenreith.nl.
What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
If you're not home when your package is delivered, PostNL will return another time to deliver your order. If you're not home the second time to receive your order, it will be delivered to the nearest PostNL collection point. You can collect your package there by showing your ID.
If your order is delivered damaged or incomplete, please report this to customer service as soon as possible and no later than within 3 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Studio Kirsten Reith delivers orders over €75 within the Netherlands and Belgium via PostNL, with signature required upon delivery. For orders under €75, shipping costs are €7.95.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days. This excludes items from the made-to-order collection, including poufs. Items from the Made-to-Order collection are made to order and shipped within 3-4 weeks.
Exchanges and returns
Have you received my return?
It takes 2-3 business days for us to receive your return. We'll then send you a confirmation email.
When will I get my money back?
Once we've received your return in good order, you'll receive a refund for the purchase price within 14 days (shipping costs are not refunded). The refund will be automatically processed via the payment method used to make the original payment.
Can I also exchange my item?
If you'd like to exchange one or more items for another, you can request an exchange by sending an email to Studio Kirsten Reith customer service. We'll check the availability of your desired item and reserve it immediately. After we receive your return, we'll ship it to you free of charge. If your desired item is no longer available, we'll contact you to let you know and, if desired, we can convert the exchange into a return.
How long is the cooling-off period?
From the moment you receive your order, you have a fourteen (14) day cooling-off period. If you're not satisfied with an item, you can exchange or return it within this cooling-off period.
Will you refund my shipping costs if I return something?
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return as a parcel via PostNL. This way, you'll receive proof of shipment and your parcel will always be traceable via Track & Trace.
An exception applies to incorrectly delivered or damaged items upon receipt. In this case, Studio Kirsten Reith will reimburse the return costs.
Technical questions
How can I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it. Go to the login homepage, click "Forgot your password?", and enter your email address. You'll then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
How can I change my account information?
You can change your information at any time on the "My Account" page, located in the top right corner of the homepage. Once logged in, you can edit your password, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Click on the relevant selection of your information to edit it. Once you've changed the information, save it.
