De Pierre Frey Poef Tigris - Tomette is een uitgesproken designpoef met een krachtig en verfijnd karakter. De iconische satijnen jacquardstof Tigris is geïnspireerd op de strepen van een tijgervacht en valt op door de rijke weefstructuur en subtiele glans. Het karaktervolle dessin krijgt door de lichtinval steeds een andere uitstraling, waardoor de poef blijft verrassen.
Bekleed met de karakteristieke Tigris-stof van Pierre Frey en geplaatst op een zwarte plint van 18 mm. De rijk geweven jacquard is geschikt voor intensief gebruik. De stevige koudschuimvulling en het frame van gerecycled hardhout zorgen voor comfortabel zitcomfort en een solide basis.
Elke poef wordt met de hand gemaakt door een meubelmaker in Nederland.
Compact en veelzijdig: ideaal als extra zitplaats, voetenbank of stijlvol element naast een bank of fauteuil.

Bij het selecteren van de perfecte stof voor je made-to-order poef is onze stalenservice een handig hulpmiddel. We begrijpen dat het beoordelen van kleur en textuur op een beeldscherm lastig kan zijn, daarom raden we altijd aan om één of meerdere stofstalen te bestellen als je twijfelt. Dat doe je door op de knop "staal aanvragen" te klikken op de productpagina van de gewenste stof. Het afrekenen van de staal kan eenvoudig in je winkelmandje en de kosten hiervoor bedragen slechts 4,95 euro per staal. Bovendien wordt de staal gratis naar jou verzonden. |

Removing stains
If any stains appear on the pouf, pat them dry immediately with a clean cloth or tissue. It's very important not to rub! Most liquids can be removed with lukewarm water. Use a gentle, circular motion, working from the outside in. The fabric has a tight weave that gives it its strength, making it resistant to wear and tear.
Avoid direct sunlight
The fabric has a high color fastness, but it is recommended to avoid direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.
Shipping and returns
Delivery
Your order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. However, it may take a little longer for made-to-order items, such as poufs. These specific items are only made after you order them. Therefore, it takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks for them to ship.
Exchange or return*
Once you receive your order, you have fourteen (14) days to review the item(s). If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you can exchange or return it within that period.
*Please note that items from the made-to-order collection, such as the poufs, are produced exclusively for you. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to exchange or return them.

Best of all, every Kirsten® pouf is made-to-order. This means your pouf is crafted specifically for you. Please note, however, that due to the personalized nature of this product, we cannot accept returns. Our extensive collection offers the opportunity to personalize each ottoman with your favorite fabric and color. Interestingly, each ottoman is custom-made for you, so they're not immediately in stock in our warehouse. However, we pay close attention to the production process of our custom-made collection, resulting in a waiting time of 3-4 weeks. Importantly, estimated delivery times are clearly stated on the product pages and during checkout.
When will I receive my made-to-order pouf?
Shipping of custom made items will take place within a time frame of 3 to 4 weeks.
Why are the production times for made-to-order poufs long?
We strive to work closely with our suppliers to shorten delivery times. If there are any significant changes to the expected shipping date, we will notify you by email.

How can I check if a made-to-order ottoman will fit in my home?
It can be difficult to accurately assess the color and texture of a fabric from a screen. Therefore, if in doubt, we always recommend ordering one or more fabric samples. You can order a sample by clicking the "Request sample" button on the product page of the desired fabric. You can then checkout for the sample in your shopping cart. The cost per sample is €3.50, and shipping is free.
